Breakfast together around a big table, a refreshing dip in the pool during the day, and evenings spent chatting around the campfire – at Osterhagen Group House, a shared getaway becomes a treasured memory.
Whether you’re planning a family holiday, a reunion with friends or a celebration with your favourite people, our family-run self-catering house on the southern edge of the Harz Mountains welcomes up to 20 guests. Fully renovated in 2021/2022, the house offers modern rooms and plenty of space to spend time together. Cots are available on request, and your dogs are very welcome too.
Step Outside and Feel the Holiday Begin
While some soak up the sunshine beside the seasonal pool, the children can explore the on-site playground. Bring everyone together for a game of beach volleyball – or perhaps unwind first? Comfortable relaxation areas and a barrel sauna provide the perfect setting.
As evening falls, there’s even more reason to gather: raise a glass at the covered outdoor bar, then share stories and plan your next adventures around the sheltered fire pit.
Cook, Play and Enjoy Time Together
The spacious kitchen has plenty of room to prepare delicious meals for the whole group. Afterwards, the cosy dining and lounge area invites you to eat, chat and linger. And if you fancy a little friendly competition, challenge each other to table football or a game of pool. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

Birthdays, weddings, christenings or club celebrations – our house offers space to bring people together and celebrate special moments. There’s also room for seminars and collaborative project work.
